Dear Matan,
SPM has a function spm_ancova.m that you might find useful but you will
still have to add the DCT components explicitly in the design matrix and
the error covariance matrix is also an input to provide (in the context
of a mass-univariate analysis, this is estimated using ReML by pooling
over voxels).
