I had an additional question.
Before AROMA crashes due to my 'pandas' issue, I do get classification text files that identifies the components identified as motion/noise.
In a short-term way to get around this bottleneck in my workflow, I want to enter the AROMA-derived TRUE components into 'fsl_regfilt', and work with that output in FEAT etc. I was curious what aspects of additional AROMA processing I would lose by taking this "at least I got something" route, rather than spend the time figuring out my 'pandas' issue before I proceed.
Cheers,
Conrad
