Hi Manuel,
There are no explicit config files for your system (yet). If you go to $FSLDIR/config you can copy the ones from gnu_64-gcc4.4:
cp -r $FSLDIR/config/gnu_64-gcc4.4 $FSLDIR/config/gnu_64-gcc5.4
Hopefully that will work.
