Hello,
We have been forced to reinstall all of the imaging software on our lab's MRI analysis computer. Unfortunately, in this process we have upgraded to FSL 6.0, which breaks our existing analysis pipelines. We would prefer to use FSL 5.0.10. I have attempted to use fslinstaller.py to do this using the following command:
sudo python fslinstaller.py -V 5.0.10
I always receive the following message:
--- FSL Installer - Version 3.0.12 ---
When asked a question, the default answer is given in square brackets.

There is a newer version (3.0.14) of the installer (you have 3.0.12) updating...
Checking FSL package
--- FSL Installer - Version 3.0.13 ---
When asked a question, the default answer is given in square brackets.
Hit the Enter key to accept this default answer.
[OK] Installer updated to latest version 3.0.13
[OK] Installer self update successful.
[FAILED] Unable to download FSL
I have attempted the install repeatedly and it always fails to download FSL. Am I doing something wrong? If not, could an alternative method of download please be facilitated? Perhaps by updating the repository located at https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/oldversions/ with FSL 5.0.10.
Thank you,
Lauren
