Apologies for cross posting
We have been asked by our Trust management what other NHS Trusts do regarding the monitoring of safer staffing for IMT's. (We are looking at teams which include District Nurses but this need not be the case.)
How does your Trust decide the clinical composition of these teams - what skills are needed?
Who do the team report to? - is it the Trust Board?
Any comments are very welcome.
Email or call me using the contact information below.
Best wishes
Kate
