Hi,
It's been a while since I've looked at WebPA 2.0, but a similar issue could happen in earlier versions of WebPA if someone created an assessment early, then later changed the group memberships and forgot to update the assessment with the new group information.
When you create an assessment WebPA copies the group members across so subsequent changes in 'my groups' will not affect existing assesssments - if they did, you could corrupt the groups and responses in live assessments.
If the assessment is already running and a number of groups are affected, it may be easier to cancel the current assessment and create a new one from scratch using the updated group structures.

Subject: Student 'missing' from assessment group
Hi,
Has anyone experienced a problem with WebPA 2.0 where certain students are 'missing' when another student assesses the group members even though they appear in that group when you look at it on the Assessment as as an Admin?
