Abstracts:
We have extended the abstract submission deadline to February 15th, 2019.
Online abstract submission for poster and paper presentations opened in early December on the radiocarbonandarchaeology2019.com website. All abstracts are now due by February 15th, 2019.
Before submitting your paper or poster abstract, please take the time to read through the session abstracts to find the right fit for your presentation.
Once you have chosen a session, please submit your abstract via the online system.

Registration:
Meeting registration is now open.
The Online Meeting Registration Portal is now open for early-bird registration! Through this portal, and our newly launched events page, you will be able to register for the meeting, the Ice-breaker reception, the Gala dinner, and the day-trip to Ocmulgee National Monument and Macon, GA.
Early bird registration closes on March 31st. Late registration will include additional fees and closes on May 10th.

Events
The new events page provides you with information about all of the exciting events occurring at this year’s meeting. On the events page you can learn about the Ice-breaker reception, the Gala Dinner, the day-trip to Ocmulgee National Monument and Macon, GA, as well as the three-day/two-night trip to the Georgia Coast.
Accommodations
The new accommodations pages can help you book a hotel for your stay in Athens. We are proud to partner with a number of outstanding hotels to bring discounted block rates to meeting attendees. All of the discounted hotels are just a short walk away from the Classic Center and from numerous restaurants, bars, and shops.
Sponsorship
The new sponsorship page is meant to give those interested in sponsoring events, such as coffee breaks, a direct line to our fundraising committee.
