Hi Wendy
I'm with Matthew Shaw on this - it is a very wide integration, and you
also run the risk of creating a single point of failure, so in some
ways it is better to have independent systems.
We can offer you one part of what you seek. See:

I'll PM you with a PDF of some church case stories.

Subject: Integrated IT
Dear Colleagues
As part of a restoration project funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund,
we are wondering how far we can integrate the very diverse aspects of
our IT needs in a small heritage building (a church). Our list
includes audio-visual and lighting for our auditorium; volunteer
management and rostering; bookings and ticketing; security CCTV and
footfall monitoring; building maintenance tracking; website build;
oral history recording; web-based catalogue of our archive as part of
a community heritage website; interpretation (audio tour, video and
touchscreen); wifi upgrade. Has anyone had good (or bad) experiences
trying to handle such breadth in one contract? Thankyou.
Wendy Sudbury
