I'll chip in with an affirmative here as well - Most of these items can and should indeed be acquired standalone and ideally as off the shelf software and web apps. A good IT contractor will understand this. One contractor =/= one system. You might also consider hiring an IT manager.
It is easy to go down a rabbit hole with a list of requirements like this if you hit upon someone who is inclined to take the concept of "integration" at face value. Your typical outsourced and overfunded IT spending splurge on an all singing all dancing syatem that does everything you need is almost guaranteed to result in an unmaintainable white elephant that can never be understood by anyone including the people who built it. There is a way of visualising a complex system which goes something like this "for every one unit of functionality, add ten units of complexity". I have seen it too many times in the industry and my reaction is always the same: "why? what problem was this designed to solve?"
If you find a *good* contractor they should be able to handle this. Also, remember good =/= expensive.
Anyway just my two cents.
