So, at least some of the QoS models being discussed would be
distributed resilience (so EC or something similar to that), not
necessarily "full replication".
[I know there's disagreement about this, but it seems that people are
finally warming up to the idea of distributed resilience, given the
mention of EC several times in the DOMA ACCESS strawman here:
