Dear colleagues.
The GENIE Collaboration is planning to establish a User Forum aimed at enhancing its interactions with the community.
Marco Roda has agreed to be the Forum Moderator and he will chair a monthly phone conference call. This conference call is in addition to other established means of communicating with our users and contributors, such as our Slack channel, mailing list, and GitHub issues.
The conference call will nominally take place on the the third Wednesday of each month and it will be open to all.
The first call will be held on 16th of January at 8am CST, 9am EST, 2pm GMT, 3pm CET, 11pm JST.
We hope that the chosen time will maximise participation of colleagues from across many geographical regions.
The time of the future conference calls will be fine-tuned depending on actual attendance.
The standing agenda for our monthly conference call will be:
- GENIE status report
- Detailed discussion of progress/results from selected GENIE incubator projects
- Reports from running experiments
- Other user reports
- Discussion / AOB
