Salary: Lecturer F: GBP 35,210 - GBP 39,610 per annum 
        Lecturer G: GBP 40,792 - GBP 48,676 per annum

The Geomatics Group within the School of Engineering is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Geomatic Engineering.  You will be motivated and have the potential for world-leading research in one or more of the geodesy, surveying, hydrography or photogrammetry and remote sensing (any of laser/radar altimetry, InSAR, laser scanning, photogrammetry) domains of the geospatial engineering sciences. 
 
You will have an emerging research track record and growing international visibility and contribute to the full spectrum of the group's activities including research, teaching and leadership. 

The University holds a silver Athena SWAN award in recognition of our good employment practices for the advancement of gender equality.  The University also holds the HR Excellence in Research award for our work to support the career development of our researchers, and is a member of the Euraxess initiative supporting researchers in Europe.
