Dear Spring Developer,
I am trying to use Spring to segment my helix and try to analyze my segments. But I noticed the some of my boxes files were ignored during the segmentation and I ended up with much less segments than expected. My box file name matches with my micrograph names, with the extension of boxes.txt. I used a simple numbering system to name my micrographs, from 1-5000. However, any number beyond 1100 seems being ignored. Could you help me understand why it happened? Is it because Sping has micrographs limitations (means how many micrographs can be loaded at one time), or some built-in numbering system I am not aware of? I really appreciate your help!
Best,
Yangqi
