Hi folks,
So I'm getting into SPM in large part to be able to use/try ArtRepair, and reanalyzing some recent data.
I re-centered my time-series runs and also my MP-rage where the origin is the middle of the Anterior Commissure.
Then I ran Re-align to do volume registration both within runs of my task, and between the two runs.
Then I ran ArtRepair using the rVERSION of the timeseries data and the rp_----.txt file for motion parameters to interpolate outlier volumes.
Before warping both structural and functional into MRI space, I want to co-register them with each other. Specifically, I want to nudge the anatomical to match the task EPI. This is what I've always done.
When I get to the coregistration step, and I want to move/nudge the anatomical into the task-EPI space, I activate the Coregister: Estimate and reslice module. For "Reference Image," I enter the mean EPIRT volume as generated by the earlier Re-align step, and for "Source" image I chose the MP-RAGE.nii file. Since there are no other images I want to nudge besides the single hi-res anatomical volume, I enter nothing in "Other Images" field. Click green arrow.
The output rANATOMICAL.nii file has been nudged a little, but it has now been re-sampled to the lower 2.4 mm voxel of the EPI-RT time-series dataset. This can't be right. There appears to be no toggle available. I really don't want to have to align all hundreds of EPIRT volumes to the one anat.
Did I mis-configure something? How do I get my Anatomical.nii moved to precisely match my EPI and maintain its resolution?
Thanks
Jim Bjork
