We're moving to using JISC Online Surveys (previously known as Bristol Online Surveys / BOS) as our main survey provider (with Qualtrix as the secondary system for where it is more suitable and Survey Monkey only for surveys that are entirely anonymous). We have unrestricted user licences and I would like to establish a team of people across campus who are able to provide users with a log in for them to set up and run their own surveys. However the member of staff who currently has first editor rights believes it is not possible to do this and that they need to be the one point of access. a) We always try to avoid relying on one single person as they will be absent at times and b) it is not an efficient way to work when in theory all our students and all our academic staff will use this system at some point and, I feel, should be able to request access from their own Faculty Office or Department Administrator.
Does anyone else use JISC Online Surveys and can say whether it is possible to have multiple first editors, or a layer of second editors? Or do you just share the first editor's log on details (eek!).
Many thanks.
