Big Ideas Seminar: Supporting practitioner research in the museum
6 December, 1-2pm, The National Archives
Emily Pringle, Head of Learning Practice and Research at Tate, will draw on recent research undertaken as part of her AHRC Leadership Fellowship to explore how museum professionals undertake research in their institutions.
Recognising that barriers exist currently, this talk will highlight the value of practitioner-led collaborative research and outline what conditions are needed to enable practitioner researchers to thrive.
