MRC Biostatistics Unit 16th Armitage Lecture and Workshop

We are delighted our 16th Armitage speaker will be Professor Barbara Engelhardt<https://www.cs.princeton.edu/people/profile/bee> from Princeton University, USA, and title of her lecture will be:
"Statistical methods for experimental design to gain greater biological insights about gene transcription"
The workshop will also include talks from Dr John Marioni <https://www.ebi.ac.uk/about/people/john-marioni> (EMBL-EBI, Cambridge), Dr Florian Markowetz<https://crukcambridgecentre.org.uk/users/florianmarkowetz> (Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute), Dr Chris Wallace<https://www.mrc-bsu.cam.ac.uk/people/in-alphabetical-order/t-to-z/chris-wallace/> (MRC Biostatistics Unit) and Dr Gwenaël Leday<https://www.mrc-bsu.cam.ac.uk/people/in-alphabetical-order/h-to-m/gwenael-leday/> (MRC Biostatistics Unit), all on the theme of statistical omics.
Attendance is FREE, however advance registration is required.
