Two Grade 7 posts are available as Research Fellows - Loneliness Network Coordinators to coordinate the new Loneliness & Social Isolation in Mental Health network at UCL. The postholders will be based in the UCL Division of Psychiatry, working with Prof Sonia Johnson and Dr Alexandra Pitman and a growing network of researchers interested in understanding the links between loneliness, social isolation and mental ill-health. Applicants need a Master's degree or PhD in health services research, health economics, biological sciences, statistics, social psychiatry, biostatistics or a related field, or similar relevant experience. Applicants will have strong skills in network development, evidence synthesis, and writing for academic and public audiences. There will be opportunities for secondary analyses of datasets containing variables capturing loneliness/social isolation. Posts are part-time (60% FTE) - one is for 18 months, one is for 3.5 years.
