Hi Stephen,
Its a superb piece of research and a credit to yourself. I think its
inevitable that errors will occur in publications of this nature,, the top
publishers pay a lot of money for professional proof reading and sometimes
still get it wrong.. The publication has been produced by very clever
volunteers and if only a couple of mistakes they can be forgiven. They also
have tight deadlines with annual publications and inevitably mistakes are
made.
I used the blurb provided and hence the errors that have been duplicated. I
am happy to correct my web page if you can provide those corrections
