Dear All,
Here at Birmingham City University we are reviewing our collection of usage data.
We use 360 Counter and Intota Assessment, from ExLibris, to collect and store provider data that is COUNTER compliant using automation and manual uploading when automation isn't possible.
However, a number of our providers supply usage data that is non-COUNTER compliant and we are exploring mapping this data to an appropriate COUNTER template so that we can manually upload it and as near as possible have a single location for collecting and storing usage data.
I would be really interested and grateful to know of any other libraries who have attempted to interpret or compare non-COUNTER data in this way.
Kind regards, Stuart
