Hi Farheen,
FAST is typically used with no more than four classes - you would use
a fourth class if you are dealing with images that have abnormalities
such as lesions or hyperintensities.
For a T1 image, the labels are:
CSF: 1
GM: 2
WM: 3
You also might want to look at MIST, which is a more flexible segmentation tool:
