Dear colleagues,
A PhD opening is immediately available at the Department of Chemistry (KU Leuven) to work in the area of computational photochemistry (https://chem.kuleuven.be/en/research/qcpc/cpc/).
The purpose of the PhD project is to gain insight into the electronic and photochemical processes of molecular systems in complex environments using a combination of modern quantum chemical and excited-state reaction methods, and excited-state decay rate formalisms. The PhD candidate will work in close cooperation with our experimental collaborators.
I would be grateful if you could forward this information to suitable candidates. Applications should consist of a single PDF document that includes applicant’s CV, motivation letter and the names of two academic referees.
Please contact Daniel Escudero ([log in to unmask]) for further information.
