Morning all,
We've received a couple of errors (and I have reports of others, but not enough detail yet) where students are unable to access any of their reading lists.
When they try to sign in, they receive a message saying "Could not find a unique user for id" and then a string of alphanumeric characters, looks like a Saml User ID or Talis Global User ID.
I've raised a support case with Talis. Just wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same issue, or if it's limited to us.
