Hi experts,
To make it clear, I was to train classifiers on a training set composed of 8 Baseline scans and 2 non-baseline scans that were acquired after their baselines. After hand labelling components, I ran FSL Fix 1.06 on R 3.3.3. The feature extraction did not generate correct Image Acquisition Parameters for the 2 non-baseline scans, but correct information for the baselines.
featureMatrix(globalIcCounter, 179:186) = [xLen yLen zLen tLen xRes yRes zRes tRes]
Baseline: 88 88 64 941 2.5 2.5 2.5 0.607
non-baseline: NaN 88 88 64 16 2.5 2.5 2.5
They all had same 'fslinfo' return:
data_type FLOAT32
dim1 88
dim2 88
dim3 64
dim4 941
datatype 16
pixdim1 2.500000
pixdim2 2.500000
pixdim3 2.500000
pixdim4 0.607000
cal_max 0.0000
cal_min 0.0000
file_type NIFTI-1+
I did 'fix -f' feature extraction for the rest 30 non-baselines. They all showed incorrect features as the previous.
The .Rlog1 was in the previous text.
How should I fix this error? What would lead to the difference between baselines and non-baselines?
Thank you!
