Hi Daniel,
So all you need to do is move the FSLeyes.app directory from
/Users/administrator/Downloads/fsl/bin into /usr/local/fsl/bin/:
sudo mv /Users/administrator/Downloads/fsl/bin/FSLeyes.app /usr/local/fsl/bin/
