Dear Academic Colleagues (who are not based in Nepal):
If you plan to be in Kathmandu between 1 December 2018 and 28 February
2019 and would like to present your completed research (i.e., meaning
you have mostly processed the research findings and have a written draft
to present to your peers in Nepal) at a seminar in Martin Chautari (MC),
please contact either Devendra Uprety ([log in to unmask]) or Rukh
Gurung ([log in to unmask]) off this list with
a) A title of your proposed talk;
b) A 400-word abstract;
c) A four-sentence bio of yours; and
d) Please indicate the Sundays (preferably) or Tuesdays (if Sunday
scheduling is impossible) that would suit you best. Also let us know if
you plan to speak in Nepali or English.
MC seminars begin at 3 pm. Please plan to speak for 45-50 minutes
initially. Your presentation will be followed by a question and answer
session which can last for up to 45 minutes.
Details on recent seminars at MC can be found here:

We will get back to you to confirm the presentation date. This
invitation also obviously applies to those colleagues who are based in
Nepal. We thank you in advance for your interest.
Best wishes,
The Seminar Coordination Team
