You should be able to persuade the Univ Exeter resources centre at Tremough
to let you access the Parl. Paper collection. If you would like a reference
that you are a much published local historian, I would happily provide it.

Folks,
Does anyone know of anywhere that I can access the Chadwycke-Healey database
in southern, preferably south-west, England? I was intending going to the
Parliamentary Archives next week (I’m off to the Duxford airshow on
Saturday) but the archive is closed. Someone there told me that I can access
the database at Kew, but Kew says no. Any information gratefully received. I’m
after reports from the various HM Inspectorates.
