Hello,
I would like to use TBSS to analyze a data set of 30 participants at 2 separate time points (before and after acute exercise).
We used 64 gradient directions, collected one b=0, and only performed a single scan in one direction (don't have both anterior-posterior and posterior-anterior data).
I was looking at the general pipeline for TBSS analysis and it seems that topup (the suggested first step) requires two scans (A-P and P-A). Since I can not use this step what is the best step to take for preprocessing before tensor estimation. It seems that eddy and FDT inputs (atlas in examples) are direct outputs from topup which makes following the steps more challenging.
I am new to DTI analysis (first year grad student), with reading and tinkering being my only exposure thus far.
Thank you for any advice/feedback you can provide!
Daniel
