Dear team,
I have an unusual result when I try to cut with fslmats.
It shows an error that says "empty image" but when I open with fslview the image is not blank.
I tried testing with fslstats -r -R on these images and the outputs were "nan nan nan"
This happens when I try to do that in a normalized image.
But when I do this in the smoothed images of the same images, there is an expected result.
Please, see the attached figures below.
Does anyone know any solution or what should I do?
