Hi,
I am having some trouble to process a dataset collected in SerialEM with new Relion motioncor implement. Our Relion 3 installation can process the tutorial dataset but not my own dataset. After a lot of test, I compared the header of the tutorial movie and my movie. One noticeable difference is the map mode. Do you think there is a problem reading Map mode 0 image in Relion 3? Did anyone report difficulty in processing SerialEM TIF files in Relion3?
In the error message, there is one line ' Error in askMemory: Memory allocation size requested is zero'. I am wondering if Relion reads the Movie and somehow thinks the movie is empty so no memory is allocated. Can anyone share if you have success with processing SerialEM TIF files with Relion 3.0 Motioncor implementation. I can use Sean's Motioncorr with the same dataset.
