Christian and other CAT12 gurus,
We have a pre/post treatment study looking at changes in connectivity and brain morphology after a year of treatment. We are looking to correlate changes in cortical thickness with changes in other performance measures. We have subtracted post-study - pre-study cortical thickness files to assess changes in cortical thickness and assessed these delta cortical thickness files with a t-test and a covariate of change in performance. In order to get CAT12 to subtract images I had to rename them with a simple format removing the s15mm etc. to a simple format of "mesh.thickness.resampled.subject1pre.gii". After running the test, when I go to "Estimate Surface Model" in CAT12 I am getting the following error message:
SPM12: spm_spm (v6842) 16:26:41 - 21/08/2018

I would really appreciate it if anybody has any hints to why this might not be working.
Thanks,
Tray
