Thanks, Vladimir,
I could parcellate a source volume using an AAL atlas (in FieldTrip),
but couldn't do the same using labels_Neuromorphometrics atlas.
vol = 'meg_source.nii'; % from SPM source analysis
atlas = ft_read_atlas('... \aal\ROI_MNI_V4.nii'));
vol_meg = ft_read_mri(vol);
cfg = [];
cfg.parameter = 'anatomy';
cfg.interpmethod = 'sphere_avg';
data_int = ft_sourceinterpolate(cfg, vol_meg , atlas);
cfg = [];
cfg.method = 'mean';
% cfg.parcellation = 'parcellation';
data_par = ft_sourceparcellate(cfg, data_int, atlas);
Maybe I should dig into the spm_atlas.m, then create a dummy variable
to make it work with the same FT scripts.
Cheers,
Vahab
