Sorry to hear that, Barry. This from someone recently diagnosed with a
frozen shoulder to go along with radial tunnel syndrome down the left
shoulder/elbow/arm. I am sparing with ibuprofen but physio has put me on to
circumin tablets (from turmeric) as alternative anti-inflammatory. Not
saying it is any miracle cure but there is no risk to kidneys or other
internal organs.
