Hello,
It seems that I am getting a similar error.
I had to reinstall FSL 5.0.11 today on Mac OS El Capitan and since then I cannot run any analysis, without getting the following error:
```
sh: /usr/local/fsl/bin/imglob: No such file or directory
I did not get any error in the installation, closed the terminal, logged out and back in without any issue.
The $FSLDIR and FLIRT are correct. I do have fslpython, but with an empty "envs" directory and no imglob directory in the bin. I tried to run the command suggested on 04-28 by Matthew, i.e.
```
$FSLDIR/fslpython/bin/conda env create -f $FSLDIR/etc/fslconf/fslpython_environment.yml
```
I get the following error message:
```
CondaHTTPError: HTTP 000 CONNECTION FAILED for url <https://fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk/fsldownloads/fslconda/channel/osx-64/repodata.json>
Elapsed: -
An HTTP error occurred when trying to retrieve this URL.
HTTP errors are often intermittent, and a simple retry will get you on your way.
SSLError(MaxRetryError('HTTPSConnectionPool(host=\'fsl.fmrib.ox.ac.uk\', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /fsldownloads/fslconda/channel/osx-64/repodata.json (Caused by SSLError(SSLError("bad handshake: Error([(\'SSL routines\', \'ssl3_get_server_certificate\', \'certificate verify failed\')],)",),))',),)
```
I tried to run with and without sudo a couple of times, but I always get the same error message.
Could you please let me know what I could try to solve this and resume my analyses?
Thanks a lot,
Marie
