Hi,
I just upgraded to FSL 5.0.11 and I'm having issues with the changes to the eddy current correction module. The DTI data I'm working with was not collected with multiple phase encoding directions nor was a field map generated. I've found the following thread that helps a little (https://www.jiscmail.ac.uk/cgi-bin/webadmin?A2=FSL;80c763fb.1708), but I'm receiving the following error message when I try to run eddy:
I'm thrown
libc++abi.dylib: terminating with uncaught exception of type EDDY::KMatrixException: KMatrixException: msg=NewSphericalKMatrix::GetHyperParGuess: Unable to find valid hyperparameters
Abort trap: 6
The input I've been using is:
eddy --imain=sub_01_DTI.nii.gz --mask=sub_01_mask.nii.gz --acqp=acqparams.txt --index=index.txt --bvecs=bvecs.txt --bvals=bvals.txt --out=sub_01_DTI_EC.nii.gz
sub_01_DTI.nii.gz --> 4D DTI image for subject 01
sub_01_mask.nii.gz --> Binary brain mask
acqparams.txt --> I used [0 1 0 0.05] which was suggested in the thread
index.txt --> A text file with 34 ones [1 1 1 1 1 ... 1] because there are 34 volumes in the DTI file
bvecs.txt --> bvecs file generated when the DICOMS were converted to NIfTI
bvals.txt --> bvals file generated when the DICOMS were converted to NIfTI
sub_01_DTI_EC.nii.gz --> output file name
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Travis
