If you are interested in looking at skills profiles (which the EDISON framework 
is) then I would also recommend the EOSCPilot skills and capabilities framework:

It builds on the work that EDISON did and makes it more general. In particular 
it looks at the skills needed by those who are called data stewards or data 
custodians, which is a role not identical to that of the data librarian but 
which has a considerable overlap.
