Dear Ahmad,
If dcm2nii created a single 4D file then you should be fine using it
following the instructions here:
https://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/SPM/Working_with_4D_data
It would be useful if you could send me an example of a *.dcm file for
which SPM's DICOM Import fails so that we can improve it.
