Dear Michelle,
You can visit The National Archives website to see a recently compiled list<http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/archives-sector/advice-and-guidance/managing-your-collection/documenting-collections/cataloguing-and-archives-networks/> of CMS and DAMS options for archives. It includes commercial and open source solutions, giving an impartial overview of the options available to archives.
Product descriptions have been taken in part or in whole from the product web pages. The list includes over 20 products which are listed as CMS and or CMS/DAMS products. The list is by no means exhaustive and will be updated to include new systems as and when we become aware of them.
Thanks,
Sam

Subject: Collection Management Software
Dear All,
I am looking for an Archive Collection Management software, preferably one which can be managed in a Cloud as our IT department can be particular about installing software on PCs.
The last discussion on this subject seems to have been in 2014, and things change in 4 years.
Apart from CALM and Adlib, I am aware of SDB Archives Manager, Modes, CollectivAccess and Eloquent Archives. Does anyone use any of these? If yes, what is your opinion?
I am looking for something where the public interface can be fairly easily implemented.
Thanks in advance for any recommendation and advice.
Regards
Michele
