Hello Ciara,
If you haven’t run highpass filtering on your data, then you can just change the TR in the processed data and continue ( although you will need to manually edit the line in your design.fsf reading
set fmri(tr) 1.0
to
set fmri(tr) 2.0
Before running statistics via the GUI - as the model needs to know the correct TR when working out HRF effects etc.
