Dear SPMers,
I have searched the possible causes to the poor fitting results in DCM these days. Seems the slice timing order will have influence on the results.
Therefore I'm here again to ask the following questions:
1. Will slice timing correction really affect the DCM results? If I don't know the slice timing order, then I cannot do DCM?
2. If I do slice timing correction in the preprocessing of resting state fMRI data, do I still need to specify the slice timing (difference) for each area in DCM specification part? Or I just need to keep the default value like the manual does, which is 1 for all. Since I already correct the slice timing in preprocessing before?
3. How to specify the slice timing for each ROI in DCM part. Why the default value 1 means the last slice of the data?
Any idea will be much appreciated!
Best regards,
Tracy
