Yes, the server went down on Sunday due to overheating and then again last night so we've had a bit of downtime getting the service back online each morning.
I'm not entirely sure I follow the editing/view problem. If you click in the boxes they will expand to show full text. By all means send further details and screengrabs to our helpdesk though and we'll troubleshoot - [log in to unmask]

Yes I have got on now. The researcher tells me he couldn't get on over the weekend.
I am having a little bother in that the contributor fields aren’t showing all the text he has put in as I go down the write screen. I have to come out of the write screen and go in again as I move to each section. Does this make sense.
