Bookings are now open for Customer Services Group UK's knowledge sharing and networking event, giving Library Assistants and those in similar roles the chance to share their work and projects they are involved in.
The day involves presentations from front line staff on helping students find and use resources, delivering remote support, peer-to-peer learning and new staff induction, service improvement techniques and support for students with disabilities plus a tour of the Library and Heritage Quay.
