Dear all,
I would like to carry out slice timing correction for my data (TR=1.0; multiband factor 6, 66 slices). I am aware that slice timing correction may have little effect with these short TR but since I am running customized analyses after registration, temporal derivatives are not an option, so I would at least like to try the option of slice timing correction.
I do have a slice timing file in the format required by PNM, i.e. the onset time of each slice in a row, separated by spaces:
0 0.535 0.09 0.625 0.18 0.7125 0.2675 0.8025 0.3575 0.8925 0.445 0 0.535 0.09 0.625 0.18 0.7125 0.2675 0.8025...
Do I understand right, that this same format does not apply for the Pre-stats settings, where I have to randomly choose one of my slices as the center and calculate the relative onset value compared to this center slice?
E.g. choosing 0.535 as the center value:
-0.535 0 -0.445 0.09 -0.355 0.1775 -0.2675 0.2675 -0.1775 0.3575 -0.09 -0.535 0 -0.445 0.09 -0.355 0.1775 -0.2675 0.2675
(and of course in this case vertically presented, one value per line)
Thanks a lot in advance for your help!
Karin
