Regardless, since EMAN2 now uses anaconda as a base, the only environment variable you should use with it is PATH. We're still struggling with integrating EMAN2 into our Leginon/Appion
processing chain. To this end, I'm trying to understand how the
distributed binaries work -- are these an AppImage, or something like
this? I originally just downloaded the EMAN2 binary, but was told "it
uses its own version of python" and can't be integrated as such. I'm
trying to understand how this would work unless the binary is something
like an AppImage.
