This postdoc position is funded by an industry research grant. The aim
is to detect BGP anomalies applying machine learning algorithms.
Therefore, we are looking for a candidate with the following abilities:
* PhD degree in computer science, engineering or applied mathematics
* Experience with machine learning algorithms is essential
* Good understanding of Internet architecture is a plus
The postdoc position is funded for one year with the possibility of
extension. The candidate will work with open BGP data and BGPmon's
paid feed to study incidents with BGP over time. The candidate will
apply recent contributions in machine learning algorithms on BGP data.
The grant includes funding for travelling and the possibility to
intern with others in our research team based in the U.S. (west coast)
and Sweden.
The core part of the work will be developed in Strasbourg, France. The
position starts in September.
