Dear SPM users,
I have set 1st level model specification and Model Estimation which
has set dependency on 1st level specification.
When I run the analysis, it fails in 2nd run of ReML algorithm.
Please, could anyone help me to find a problem?
The fMRI data were preprocessed with conn17b where standard SPM
preprocessing steps were used + following CompCorr noise supression
was done.
Model matrix consist of 32 non-correlated columns of 4 sessions (1
seed signal regressor, 6 movement parameters, 1 constant member for
each session).
Kind regards,
Rene
