Sorry, quick follow-up question: what's the format of the file? I mean, how are the different streamlines defined? I see there are the three columns of the coordinates and from time to time a line with a #[number]. Is that the separator? if so, how come some of these IDs repeat? (e.g. there are multiple #178 separators).

Hi Giorgia,
in probtracx2 you can use the --savepaths option to store streamlines coordinates in a text file. This might get pretty big depending on the number of streamlines that you have.
