Hi Sofia and Stephanie,
Am too interested to find out how the people look at women with
disabilities as elected officials.
As far as the Philippines (and I need to check on this) I met a
legislator in the House of Representative a lady with impaired hand.
She belongs to a family of politician, in fact she is a wife of a
governor of a province in the suburbs of Metro Manila.
I will come back with her complete name and some links about her.
