You might find the smARTplaces project of interest: http://smartplaces.eu/
- we work on it at BCU, with our European partners. It might be useful to
compare notes ongoing.

Iıd personally be interested in how you got that group of 30 people
together in the first place, was there clearly desire for people to be
involved in that way?
