Malet Street, London WC1E 7HU. Nearest London Underground stations are Russell Square (Piccadilly

(Northern Line). The venue is within walking distance of Euston, King's Cross and St Pancras rail stations.

Registration fees: £15.00 (both days); £10 (one day only). The registration fee covers administrative
costs only, and is payable by participants and speakers. Advance registration required by 6 April 2018.
